I attended my appointment with great anxiety as earlier in the week I attended for an injection in my thumb which was excruciatingly painful! I was greeted shortly after my appointment time by a very pleasant nurse who explained to me how to undress and she escorted my into the procedure room. From the moment I saw Dr Sultan I felt reassured and confident in the procedure that followed. He explained carefully the procedure and most importantly I felt that he listened to me - a rare quality for a doctor! The whole procedure was carried out precisely and there was definitely a calm atmosphere in the procedure room - overall very, very professional!

I saw Dr Sultan today whilst I was in hospital for an MRI scan on my hip. I was rather nervous about the procedure (in particular having the injection into my hip joint) but he really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything that he was doing so that I was involved and I felt that he cared about my feelings whilst under his care. Dr Sultan was very professional and I thank him for helping to make my hospital visit as stress free as possible. I would also like to mention that every member of staff who helped me today was fantastic and I felt very cared for by everyone else too. Thank you everyone!

I met Dr Sultan yesterday when he injected my hip, what a gentleman. He was kind and explained everything to me and he didn't hurt me once. He talked to me throughout the procedure and at the end shook my hand and explained any after effects that there might be. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Professional, painless and a great 'bedside manner'. I had a guided US injection in my hip. It was all over before I realised - brilliant service. As with everything associated with the NHS, wonderful people, highly skilled and extremely efficient despite Jeremy Hunt!
